John Linares
Nurse Practitioner
John Linares is a board certified Nurse Practitioner with 20 years of combined experience in medicine. John started his journey as a Paramedic before transitioning into nursing. John has worked as an emergency room nurse, critical care nurse and flight nurse for the world renowned Memorial Hermann Life Flight, and also with HCA Air Life. John completed is Nurse Practitioner degree at the University of Texas at Arlington and attended further training in Emergency Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center- Houston. John worked with many top clinical experts in hormone replacement therapy before founding numerous medical practices. John enjoys spending time with his 3 children during his time off and enjoys traveling.

With over 17 years of experience in banking and finance, Luis Castellanos brings a wealth of expertise to Infinity Premier Health. As both a partner and CFO, he is deeply committed to advancing the company’s mission of providing innovative wellness and anti-aging solutions to patients. His entrepreneurial journey spans multiple industries, including health, transportation, and sales, each contributing to his well-rounded approach to business and patient care. As a dedicated user of the company’s wellness products, Luis has personally experienced their positive impact on daily life. Annamarie Kilgore
Chief Nursing Officer
Annamarie Kilgore, RN, BSN is a dedicated registered nurse with several years of experience in high-stakes healthcare environments, specializing in emergency department care and cardiac catheterization. With a passion for critical care and a commitment to patient advocacy, she has cultivated a diverse skill set that encompasses advanced cardiac life support, emergency response, and patient education. Annamarie Kilgore earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Sam Houston State University and recently furthered her education with specialized training in aesthetic procedures, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and microneedling. Annamarie exemplifies the dedication and expertise needed in today’s fast-paced healthcare landscape, making a significant impact in the lives of patients and their families. She combines clinical expertise with a passion for aesthetics, helping clients achieve their beauty goals while promoting overall wellness and confidence.
Alex Kilgore
Chief Operations Officer
Alex Kilgore, born and raised in Houston, Texas, began his EMS career in 2007 after studying at San Jacinto Community College. He dedicated seven years to Harris County Emergency Corps, refining his expertise in emergency care, and later served for four years as a Flight Paramedic with Memorial Hermann Life Flight, providing critical care at one of the nation’s busiest Level 1 trauma centers.
Now serving as Chief Operations Officer at Infinity Premier Health, Alex leverages his extensive experience in ground and air EMS to ensure patients receive the highest standard of care. Alongside his wife, who is the Chief Nursing Officer at Infinity Premier Health, he shares a deep passion for healthcare and a commitment to raising their two wonderful children. Alex is proud to contribute his expertise to the team and to advancing the mission of delivering exceptional healthcare.
